Can I use the juice pack battery to charge my phone without stopping what I’m doing?
You bet! After you install your phone in the juice pack case, press the status button on the back of the case for 3 seconds to start charging your phone without having to stop at a wireless charging base or at a wall outlet. If you want to stop charging the phone and save some battery for later, just press the status button again for 3 seconds. When I press the juice pack case status button for 3 seconds the LEDs flash in sequence. What does that mean?•When the LEDs flash in sequence away from the status button 3 times, it means that the juice pack case has begun charging your phone.
•When the LEDs flash in sequence towards the status button 3 times, it means that the juice pack case has stopped charging your phone. How do I wirelessly charge my juice pack case?Simply place the juice pack case on any mophie wireless charging pad or other Qi-compatible charger. Make sure the center of the case is aligned over the center of the charger. Wireless charging will automatically begin when the case is aligned on the charger. If your phone is inside of the case, the juice pack battery and the phone will charge together. What wireless chargers will my juice pack case work with? The mophie juice pack case is compatible with mophie wireless charging pads and will also wirelessly charge from any Qi-compatible wireless charger, including those used on airline flights, in coffee houses, furniture products and consumer vehicles. Will the juice pack battery charge at fast speeds from mophie wireless charging pads and Samsung’s Fast Charge pad?No, the juice pack battery will charge at standard Qi charging speeds, not at fast-charging speeds. How do I charge my juice pack case when there’s no wireless charger available? After using up all the power in the juice pack case, connect it to a power source using the USB-C to USB-A cable included with your phone. You can plug the cable into the wall adapter included with your phone or any power source with a USB out. You do not need to remove your phone from the juice pack case to charge. In fact, leaving your phone in the juice pack case while charging will charge both your phone and the case together. -
Will Samsung Adaptive Fast Charging work on my phone when I’m charging the phone and juice pack case together from the Samsung Adaptive Fast Charging wall charger?
Yep. Your phone will Fast Charge from the Samsung Adaptive Fast Charging wall charger while it’s inside the juice pack case. Why aren’t the LEDs blinking while my juice pack case is charging? After you begin charging the juice pack case, the LED status indicator will start blinking to indicate charging. The lights will turn off after 30 seconds allowing for a good night’s rest. Remember to check the status indicator before you take your juice pack case. When all four LEDs are lit, your juice pack case is fully charged. How many charge cycles can I get out of my juice pack case? Or, in other words, how long will the juice pack case last? You can recharge your juice pack case for over 500 full cycles. A full cycle is when you recharge the case from 0% to 100%. Partial cycles, like charging from 25% to 100%, will not count as a full cycle until all the partials equal 100%.
After 500 full cycles, the battery in the juice pack case may provide less than 75% of its original capacity. This is normal for any product with a lithium-ion polymer battery.Does the juice pack case block the speaker, microphone, camera, or any other ports?Of course not. In fact, the juice pack case is designed to act as a virtual speaker box! Sound is redirected from the bottom of the phone to the front, resulting in a richer, fuller sound quality. Does the juice pack case block my phone’s fingerprint sensor? No, but we recommend that you reprogram your phone’s fingerprint sensor after you’ve installed the phone in the juice pack case. Does the juice pack case interfere with my phone’s antenna reception? All Wi-Fi and cell phone communications on the Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9+ are unaffected by the juice pack case. However, the juice pack case may interfere with NFC performance.

If the Juicepack does not indicate that it has chargeforce, then, how is it compatible with the vent charger in the car. I have the S9+ and have decided to not purchase the product because it does not indicate chargeforce.
Although this juice pack does not indicate charge force, it is compatible with the charge force accessories.

Little thick but otherwise good
Bought about a month ago and it's a little thicker than I thought it was going to be, but otherwise thus far it's been pretty par with other plan cases.

Does what it says on the tin, if you do the math
This is NOT designed to give you a full charge from a completely dead battery. It's more of an "Oh I'm at 25% better add some extra battery life until I can get to a wall plug" The S9+ has a battery capacity of 3500mAH. The Juice Pack has a capacity of 2070mAH.
Settle down, class. It's time to learn how to calculate percentage differences.
First we work out the decrease in battery capacity between the two.
2070 - 3500 = -1430mAH
Then, divide the decrease in capacity by the original number (in this case, since we are trying to find out how much smaller capacity the Mophie is than the S9, we'd use the Mophie figure)
-1430 / 2070 = -.69 (roughly)
Finally, since we are figuring percentages, we multiply by 100.
-.69 x 100 = -69%
Therefor, the Mophie has roughly 69% smaller than the S9+'s battery, meaning you're only looking at a 41% charge when the pack is at full capacity.
So, again. Don't expect a full charge from a battery bank that does not match the capacity of the device you are charging. It's unfair to criticize the product for something that it's not advertised to do.
With all that said, I do love my Juice Pack for the time I have used it. A bulky case gives me reassurance against drops, and it's nice to have that peace of mind that if I am out and about, I can squeeze in some extra juice without needing to carry around a cord and power bank. Installation couldn't be easier, and charging both is a breeze thanks to Qi charging. I just wish that, as another reviewer said, I feel like they could have gotten in a slightly larger battery into the unit, considering the Juice Pack for the standard S9 is the same capacity. But overall, great product!

Battery is a bit small
The case works and seems rugged enough to withstand some bumps. It would be nice if the case had at least the same size of battery as the phone

Its OK
I'm not sure how I feel about this case. Its got the features I expected, but the storage capacity for the juice pack on the S9 and the S9+ is the same. If Samsung was able to squeeze an additional 500mAh on the larger plus size phone, why couldn't Mophie get the pack for the S9+ up to 2500mAh. Even better I would prefer the pack to match the size of the internal battery so that we get at least one full charge. I was able to charge my phone and get initially ~25% out of the pack during use and then today I got about ~35% from a full charge when not using the phone. How much more room is really needed...

Disappointed
For $100 it's not worth it. I own an S6 for work ,it charges a full charge and then some. I bought one for my new S9+ , I get less than 40% recharge. I even asked for a replacement because the recharge was so poor. Same result.

Only charges the device up to 48%
I've used this for about a week now and the face only charges the device up to 48-50%. Not a quality produced for how bulky it is.

DOES NOT WORK!
I assumed the original product was faulty. Warranty replacement functions identically. It holds barely 50% of a recharge. Hoping for a refund.

Poor performance, toughness, and quality
I bought this a couple of months ago and I'm already having to get it replace. Good thing for the 2 year warranty. Basically, after a mere 3 foot drop to a hard floor, the battery pack won't charge my phone now.

Mophie s9+ charger too underpowered
Horrible. This charger will barely give you 50%. I thought it might not even be working. This has made me leave mophie.
