    Will the powerstation duo charge two tablets?
    Not recommended. We suggest getting an additional mophie powerstation duo for charging a second iPad.
    Will the powerstation duo charge my device?
    The powerstation duo has been designed to charge a variety of USB devices - specifically smartphones and tablets. We have done extensive testing on a variety of products and can assure you that this device is fully compatible with most smart devices available today. Check out the compatibility chart to see if your device is compatible.
    Which port is used for charging the powerstation duo and which ports are used to charge my device?
    Connect your cable using the bigger, rectangular USB ports to charge your devices. The smaller, micro USB port in the middle is used to recharge the powerstation duo.
  • Why aren't the LEDs blinking while the powerstation is charging?
    After connecting to a power source, the LED status indicator will start blinking to indicate charging. The lights will turn off after 30 seconds allowing for a good night's rest. Remember to check the status indicator before you disconnect to make sure you are fully charged.
    How many charge cycles do you get in the powerstation duo?
    The powerstation duo is rechargeable for over 500 cycles (These are full cycles. Partial cycles don't count as full. So, you can charge your powerstation 10% of the way 10 times before it counts as a complete cycle.) Don't be afraid to top it off!
    Can I charge my device while charging the powerstation duo?
    Sorry. This device does not have pass-through capability. Please charge the powerstation separately from other devices.
